Prices

– Only after we have received the deposit your reservation is final. We require a 25% pre-payment at the time of booking, with the balance payment required 30 days prior to your arrival. In case of payment via credit card, our system will automatically process this payment from the credit card provided at the time of booking and held on file. If your booking is within 30 days at the time of booking, full payment is required. Bookings will be canceled if payment is not received in accordance with the above terms.

– You owe the rest of the rent no later than 4 weeks before arrival. (If your arrival day is within this period, you owe the entire travel sum at once).

– Cancellation costs: cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund. A cancellation within 14 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

– Failure to pay the rent on time may result in the reservation being canceled on our part.

– When the last payment is received by us, you will receive the address and directions to the house, you will also receive our tourist information guide about the area. We will also make an appointment about your arrival time. Please not that check in is not possible before 4:00 PM.

– The check in will be a self-check in with the use of lock boxes.

– We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance before booking. You can then claim the rent from your insurance company.

– You will receive a proof of payment of all payments on request.

– The amount for the cleaning costs of € 35.00 and the deposit of € 100.00 must be paid to the owner before arrival. You will receive the deposit back at the end of your stay, provided you have not broken/damaged or lost anything (key). You will receive the deposit as soon as possible after departure by bank after checking out.

– Bed, bath and kitchen linen can be found in the house for the number of people specified by you. Extra bed linen is also available for a rental period longer than 1 week.

– The house is exclusively for the use of the tenants. If more guests stay, this must be discussed in advance, but the total of 4 people may not be exceeded.

– On the day of arrival, you can check in from 4 pm, unless otherwise agreed.

– On the day of departure, you must check out by 11:00 am at the latest. (unless expressly agreed otherwise).

– Noise, music and the like must be kept to an acceptable level, without causing any nuisance to any neighbors.

– Gas, water and electricity are included.

– Internet use is free (optical fibre 600mb/s).

– The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking in Malgi Apartment is prohibited.
