Malgi Apartment

Accommodation is for four people only.

The arrival day is flexible, however, we ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3 PM and depart at 11 AM.

Rental includes:
Electricity, gas, oil, hot water, all bed linen, bathroom towels, and cleaning fee of €35,00. Please bring your own beach towels.

Deposit:
To secure a booking, please complete the booking form and send it with your booking deposit – 25% of the agreed rate.

The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 14 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Liability:
The owners cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, or loss on the grounds or in the premises, nor for events outside their control such as electric cuts or water shortages. To protect yourself against any of the above-mentioned it is essential that all members of the party have adequate travel insurance.

Cleanliness:
Guests are requested to leave the property clean and tidy.

Guests:
Only those named on the booking form may stay overnight in the house. Please have all the names and details of all the guests sent to info@malgiapartment.com. As per Spanish law, all rental properties are required to provide the names of all guests to the local commissioner (police station).

Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the house.

Smoking:
No smoking is allowed.

Animals:
Animals are permitted in the house, however, we require an extra cleaning fee of €15,00.

By paying a deposit the guests accept the booking terms and conditions as stated.
